Pilates is a clinically proven method of improving posture and flexibility and decreasing pain by utilising your core strength.
Recommended for all ages and conditions, general wellbeing, back or nexk pain, shoulder pain, postural pain and injury prevention.
Our clinical pilates classes are run by a physiotherapist trained in Pilates and the aim is to develop a personalised core stability program for you as part of a group class (no more than 4 partcipants).
The small size of our classes allows for personal instruction and indvidual modification/progression during the class.
Prior to commencing classes you will need to book a one-on one intial assessment wehich will include teaching core concepts essentail for our group pilates programs.
To gain the most out of our pilates workouts we strongly recommended a 12 week program (minimum 6 weeks). You will also be prvided with home exercises to maintain and maximise the benefits of your workout.
